Your oven was packed or crated by the manufacturer to ensure it would be delivered undamaged. Despite our best efforts, accidents do happen and, at times, an oven could be damaged during shipment.
It is your responsibility to inspect the oven on delivery and list any and all damage (box/crate, oven, accessories) on the Bill of Lading the delivering driver will have you sign. Failure to do so will prevent us from filing a claim with the courier, making it impossible to replace or repair your oven.
If during delivery you note damage to the original packaging note it on the delivery paperwork and state that you accept the oven with reserve pending a full inspection.
Please notify us promptly of any damage so that we can assess the best course forward.
