Meat Sauce (2 lbs.)
1 lb Mince Meat
1 28 Oz Can tomato of crashed tomatoes
1 Celery Stock
Half a glass or red wine
2 Bay Leave
100 g Butter
100 g Flour
1 l Milk
Nutmeg to taste
For the Lasagna
1 lb Mozzarella
100 g Parmesan Cheese
1 Pack Oven Ready Lasagna
Gather all your ingredients
Coat the bottom of an oven proof baking dish (7×11 will yield 4 portions) with a thin layer of meat sauce
Layer the lasagna sheets to cover the bottom of the dish
Add a layer of meat sauce and one of Besciamella, mixing the two together on top of the lasagna sheets.
Add a layer of mozzarella and some Parmesan cheese.
Alternate pasta, sauce, besciamella and cheese for a total of three layers.
Bake covered for around 15 minutes at 350 degrees F and 10 more minutes, until the cheese begins to melt and takes that wonderful golden color, let rest for 8/10 minutes and enjoy!
